  Our Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Dinner will be held on May 30th at the Walhalla Civic Auditorium.  The evening will kick off with a networking social  and cash bar at 5:15p followed by dinner at 6p. Tickets for the banquet are $30 for chamber members and $35 for non members and can be purchased on our website. A portion of the tickets will go to the civic auditorium.

   

  During dinner, we will award the Ambassador scholarship and have a special presentation from Walhalla's own, Neal Workman, Chairman of Trehel Corporation, on "Community Vibrancy...It requires Choices". 

   

  As a special conclusion to our Annual Memberhip Meeting, at 7:15p, all will be invited to retire to the Auditorium for an exclusive, sneak preview of "The Red Velvet Cake Wars".  The show is a southern-fried comedy about an ill-timed family reunion, an out of control neighborhood pet, a one-eyed suitor and a jaw-dropping, high-stakes wager on who bakes the best red velvet cake.  This hilarious, fun, fast-paced romp will be the 'icing' on the evening's festivities.

  We are in need of your support to make this event successful. All proceeds will benefit Freedom Fences a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides fences for dogs that live chained 24/7.

  Tournament:

  Our format will be a 4-person team "Captains Choice". Mulligans will be available the day of the tournament for $5.00 each. All players will receive a "welcome package" at sign in.

  Raffle:

  We will be holding a raffle at the end of the tournament for a variety of prizes. Tickets will be available for $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00. You must be present to win.

  Food and Beverages:

  Lunch will be provided during the tournament. There will also be snacks and beverages provided throughout the day.

  Annual Fun in the Sun festival. Vendor booths will open at 11am featuring local arts and crafts, food, drinks, etc. We will have Thomas the Train rides and bouncy houses for the children. Country band Scott Brantley will take the stage at 6pm followed by variety band The Ruckus at 8pm.
